    Hi guys,

I am encountering a very strange issue with a website as follow.

Add a product to cart, go through the checkout process and when trying to fill the details in the checkout form, the input fields are unclick-able.

I’ve tested this on a ton of devices and browsers on Mac and Windows, however, i have been unable to replicate the issue.

The issue seems to be only on a DelI Inspirion, Windows 10, Opera Browsers.

I am attaching a video about the issue, maybe you guys have seen this somewhere, as I have searched for the same issue everywhere I could and I haven’t found anything related to it.

    Here is the video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zppb2yse50f87l3/20180827_104725%20%281%29.mp4?dl=0

    Thank you.

    Hey,

I don;t think so, the thing is I can;t replicate the issue, I’ve tested on Android phones on opera, firefox, chrome, Iphone6 and X, Macbook pro, windows computers and everything works, I just got reports with the issue from someone else.

I made a post here, hoping that someone has encountered the same issue, if there’s no one that had this issue, I think it’s a localised issue on that device only.

    Thanks for looking into this.

    Hi there,

I don’t have this particular setup (DelI Inspirion, Windows 10, Opera Browser) to test with however, if you are able to test this – I’d recommend a plugin/theme conflict test.

You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront or Twenty Seventeen Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

If doing this on your live site is not possible, you can create a duplicate site. We suggest using WP Staging if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.
