    Hello, I hope you can help me.

    I noticed that the “MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress” plugin integrates with “Checkout Field Manager” and turned on the options to connect.

    But I have tried to insert the fields

    name=”BIRTHDAY[month]
    name=”BIRTHDAY[day]

    in my store checkout after activating the integration, but the date information does not reach the Mailchimp audience.

    It is important to clarify that with the default form in MC4WP it works, but not works if I insert these fields in the checkout.

    Is there a way, I can insert the Birthday fields into the Checkout correctly and have the data captured by the audience in Mailchimp?

    Can you try sending it to a normal text field to see if it arrives at Mailchimp at all? Maybe the problem is the formatting, as Mailchimp will drop the data if it isn’t in the date format that Mailchimp expects.
