Woocommerce Checkout issue

    Hi I have the listable theme running woocommerce when a user gets to the check out page there is a text box appearing on the right handside for no reason and u can’t remove it or enter any data in it. Apparently it has something to do with having no price or a 0 price on the product does anyone know how to get ride of it if you add a price in the product it goes away ?
