On our site, the checkout links to
Returning customer? Click here to login and also

Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code
Do not work when using Firefox.

In fact the links which are supposed to be white in color are black and on hover they turn red. Normally they should stay white on active and hover.

When the links are clicked, nothing happens. You need to add an item to cart and proceed to checkout in Firefox to see this in action.

in Chrome this works fine. In Firefox inspect console it shows an error of null with unknown typeError. this error does not show in Chrome dev console, so I’m thinking this is the culprit.

I have tried to create staging site and disabled everything and changed theme and for some reason on staging, it works properly regardless of what i do.

    Any idea’s?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @garmatinc,

After checking your website on Firefox, I couldn’t replicate the issue. Everything looks fine as expected.

However, from my experience, this issue might be related to a browser-specific JavaScript error or CSS styling conflict and can be resolved by clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

You can follow our detailed guide on clearing browser cache here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

If this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help!

    Hi there.

So i basically cleared cache from sucuri, cloudflare, browser and then disabled all plugins and enabled one by one and it was back to normal. no plugin culprit, but probably a cache issue of some sort. i printed out your reply and will keep it at my workstation for further troubleshooting if an issue of this natures happens again. Much appreciated!

    Hi @garmatinc,

That’s great to hear! Thanks for letting us know.

Cache issues can sometimes cause unexpected behavior, especially regarding site appearance and functionality. It’s always a good first step to clear all caches when troubleshooting these issues.

I will mark this thread as resolved. Should you have further inquiries, kindly create a new topic here.

Meanwhile, if it isn’t too much to ask for – would you mind leaving us a review here?

It only takes a couple of minutes but helps us tremendously. It would mean so much to us and would go a really long way.

    Thanks!
