WooCommerce checkout no check boxes

    I have set everything up so if someone purchases and checks out they will see checkboxes and can choose to sign up for our newsletter (based on category). I tested it a few times but no checkboxes appear. May I please have some assistance.
    Your plugin is TOP NOTCH BTW- I’ve already rated it 5 stars!
