As I understand you already tried switching to a default theme and deactivating all plugins but WooCommerce and the issue remained, correct?

I see you are using Elementor, have you also deactivated it and checked?

Can you please go to pages > Checkout and share a screenshot of what you see there? I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

I have tried disabling elementor but with no joy

If that looks good, can you please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following to see if this makes any difference:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear
• Clear template cache – Clear

Next, please?clear your browser cache?and then check if the Checkout page is now being displayed correctly.

So i have tried clearing all the caches and stuff as you recommended and now my rocket filters have disappeared and still no checkout page

please see image regarding woocommerece settings everything is set up correctly its really stumped me this one

i fixed both problems just by reverting to a back done a few weeks ago put my changes on and now everything is working fine so weird

i fixed both problems just by reverting to a back done a few weeks ago put my changes on and now everything is working fine so weird

Hi Bud yes can close this now thank you i think it was elementors update that messed me up because that’s the only update my site still wants to do after reverting toa back up

i have actually backed my site up completely on a local serve now so i might test the update to see if it is this
