  • Hey, aleciotti0, I’m another WooCommerce user.

Is the checkout page still useable but just the appearance is messed up? If the apperance has issues, then it’s a CSS styling issue.

Try installing and activating the “Health Check” plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/

It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.

On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will allow you to switch your theme, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/

    Hi @aleciotti0 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that your sites checkout page is broken, is this correct?

Should the issue persist after following the steps provided by @plantprogrammer above, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
    • Screenshot:?Please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end on the Checkout page, as the initial image shared is no longer working.

    Cheers!
