    Hi @tripleoneweb ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This error generally points to a conflict and would suggest running a conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts.

The best way to determine this is to:

    Clear site and browser caching
    – Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    – Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Please see the below documentation for a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts

Additionally, if you’re using any customization on the website, for example through custom codes, please temporarily disable the same and see if that helps.

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

Please let me know how this goes!

    Hi @tripleoneweb

I understand you are getting this error on the checkout page.

The link you have provided is unreachable – I wasn’t able to give checkout a try.

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share with us the following:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
