WooCommerce Checkout Page ISSUES

I have the website setup and I have people saying they cant buy anything because its not letting them checkout. I also tried myself and get the same thing. When your on the cart, you can see “Proceed to Checkout: or “Paypal” “Paypal Credit”. When I click “Proceed to checkout” it does nothing but take me to page that says CHECKOUT. When I click “Paypal” it takes me through the paypal page to login and asks if how I want to pay and I select the payment and click done and it takes me back to nothing, no transaction was made! I have no idea what is going on but I need to figure it out and need someones help. I have paypal setup through my WooCommerce on my WordPress Dashboard. Im not sure if im missing something. Someone please help.
