Woocommerce checkout page keeps loading

    Hi, it’s been more than a year I’m using Woocommerce plugin on my website with no problem. Recently, I started facing a major issue on checkout page: the payment section keeps loading/spinning all the time.
    I followed tips provided here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/endless-loading-spinner-on-checkout-page-3/ but they didn’t help. In particular, I deactivated all other plugins, changed the Theme (current one is Astra), but nothing helps ((
    To reproduce the issue, you just need to add an item to the basket and try to checkout.

    Anyone can help me out with this issue ?

    I already deactivated 3 times all the plugins, including payment plagins, it doesn’t help.
    I’m doing it again – > just deactivated payment plagins and activated Cash on Delivery option ONLY. The same problem. Obviously, the issue is coming from Woocommerce plugin and not from payment plagins.

    It’s really pitty that we don’t have a serious support from such a known plugin as Woocommerce – really disappointed with help and support team!!!

    After struggling almost a month, i found out the problem and THIS IS COMING FROM WOOCOMMERCE, not from other plagins.
    So, when General Terms and Conditions page is active in Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup – this issue is happening, not possible to proceed with checkout as it keeps loading.

    When General Terms and Conditions page is removed in Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup – issue is solved but in this case the user is not checking the box (which is a legal issue in some countries).

    So the endless spinning problem is coming from active General Terms and Conditions Page in Woocommerce plugin.

    I understand the frustration and I’m sorry that we couldn’t help in your case, but I hope you understand that’s just the nature of a public community support forum. We have no back-door access to your site for testing, or to get a deeper understanding of the problem.

    That said, I did some testing and the General Terms and Conditions Page is definitely not the culprit, if there was such a problem there would be a Github report already.

    Since this might cause you some legal problems, we’re more than happy to take a closer look. Could you please open a ticket about this from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support?

    Make sure to include a link to this thread so we know what has been done already as well as mention that you were asked to open a ticket.
