    For better assistance, can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Thanks for sharing the system status report. Could you please share the fatal error log, too?

    I’d also recommend bumping up the PHP Post Max Size from 120 MB to a more robust 2 GB. And while you’re at it, let’s increase the PHP Time Limit from 0 to a solid 1200.

    Furthermore, I’ve noticed that your theme overrides the default checkout template. On top of that, some of your plugins appear to be interfering with the checkout process. To pinpoint the problem, could we run a conflict test? More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Hi,

    The problem is that Stripe payment just made it required to provide State info in the billing info. The checkout page had having state field missing from the customer billing info fields.

    The state field was added, and everything now works fine.
