I had a client site that would no longer allow the credit card fields to have data entered by non-logged in users. The same problem happened on one of my sites. However the same configuration did work some weeks ago. I found SG Optimizer was the common issue between the sites the problem disappeared on both when I switched off the plugin. I rolled back to version 6.0.5 and earlier and re-enabled and the problem returned. Deactivated SG Optimizer and problem gone.

I know this compatibility issue did not exist back in early January and even late last year.

I did not bother with URLs because I could not leave this broken on either site.

    Hello @mkassowitz,

    Thank you for the report.

Could you please try deactivating the Combine JavaScript Files option and see if the issue is still present?

In case it is, we will be happy to look further into this. It is very important for us to confirm if this is an actual bug or if it’s a matter of your specific set up. For the purpose we will need to recreate the issue on our end as well, so could you please either list all other plugins and the theme you’re using on your site or provide us with the site’s URL?

If you prefer you may also submit a ticket through your SiteGround account.

    Best Regards,
    Gergana Petrova

Thanks for this. I switched the plugin back on on one of the sites, updated it to 7.0.2 and turned off the Combine Javascript setting. That resolved the issue.
