Hello Support Team,

I have a big issue, on my website. The SSL is not working on my Checkout Page (www.honeylicious-shop.co.uk/checkout/). All other Pages are with SSL and secure (you can see the Lock icon next to the Website), only at the checkout the lock icon is red and if you bring your cursor on it, you can see that this page is not secure. I have one other Shop with same configurations, hoster, plugin and so on, there is no issue at all. Anyway this is what I’m done till now to try to resolve the problem, what nothing worked so far:
– Payment Plugin deactivate and try another one
– try to activate “Force SSL on checkout” at https://www.honeylicious-shop.co.uk/wp-admin/options.php and try to make this from no to yes, but I get the Error message that “I can’t save it”
– delete cache

Thanks for reaching out!

I checked your site, added a product to cart, proceeded to checkout, however, I was unable to reproduce the issue here as you can see on the screenshot below:

I can see that the Checkout page is secured and verified by Let’s Encrypt.

I even checked your site on these 3 browsers: Firefox, Chrome and MS Edge.

Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?

Thank you very much @xue28 for your response, i changed from cloudflare to Lets Encrypt, but i have the same issue on my other website www.ruqyashop.de/checkout . All other pages ist with SSL from cloudflare, except the checkout.

Hi @ruqyashop

but i have the same issue on my other website https://www.ruqyashop.de/checkout . All other pages ist with SSL from cloudflare, except the checkout.

I checked your site, added a product to cart, proceeded to checkout and verified that the page is not secure.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
