Hi. I am having trouble with my website checkout, which whenever i wanted to proceed with payment, woocommerce keeps loading until i receive timeout error. When I tested with manual payment, it keeps showing same error.

I have tried uninstalled all plugins that I have installed after this issue occur, but still same error happened.

And to make it worst, my AWS Lightsail server also burst, no matter which package did i upgraded (currently using 16GB RAM, 4 CPUs).

What could be root cause and how do I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @faisalairaz,

Did you try switching from your active theme to a default theme like Storefront?

Please follow this guide to do a conflict test and let me know what you find so I can help further.

If you can’t do this on your live site, I’d recommend creating a staging site. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging

If you need further assistance after the conflict test, please share your site’s System Status report to help us understand your setup and help further.

    HI @sukafia ,

I have found out that AffiliateWP Multilevel add-on plugin caused the gateway timeout issue and high cpu usage on my AWS Lightsail server.

I have uninstalled that plugin and now my website running smoothly.
