Woocommerce Choose option

Hey
Does anyone know how to change the ‘Choose an Option’ text above a variable product in WooCommerce 2.4.8?
I have seen this post here; https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-variation-dropdown-1

But in the Variable.php none of the code they mention above is in there to change. Is it because its an old post? If so does anyone know the fix for the latest WooCommerce?
