WooCommerce Click & Pledge Gateway – Plugin Failed to Load Properly

I am running wordpress locally on my MAC and receiving this error message when I try to setup the payment tab in WooCommerce via Click & Pledge. This error is not occurring on the live website which is very much functional and has the exact same settings, versions and code.

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 1314 of the file /Users/ravneetmarwaha/Local Sites/prcboston14/app/public/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-click-pledge-gateway/gateway-clickandpledge.php. Error message: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn’t load from ‘https://resources.connect.clickandpledge.com/wordpress/Auth2.wsdl’ : failed to load external entity “https://resources.connect.clickandpledge.com/wordpress/Auth2.wsdl”
