woocommerce collaborators

  • Newbie here, please forgive and redirect to proper forum.
    Question – my website is hosted at siteground – i use woocommerce and want to add a collaborator. According to woo’s documentation, you need to login to your woo homepage, so I did, but there seems to be no connection to my store, as no orders are showing, and I don’t see my store URL anywhere.

    How do I go about getting the store from my siteground site to connect to the woo UI to add a collaborator? For reference, I am following these instructions:

    Sorry if this is a completely stupid question. This is my first time using woo.

    According to woo’s documentation, you need to login to your woo homepage,

    Step 1 on the link you gave says “Log into your WooCommerce.com account.”

    In any case, since this is related to your Woocommerce.com account, you’ll need to contact Woocommerce’s customer support to address your issue.

    There’s nothing anyone here in the WordPress support forums can do to help you with this.

    Not sure if you got this solved or not, but for some reason the Collaborators tab isn’t currently listed in the navigation when logged into your WooCommerce account. I’m not sure how long that’s been missing honestly… ??

    You can still access it by going directly to: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/collaborators/

    I went to go edit my own collaborators today and saw the navigation was missing. I reported it to their support team so hopefully they fix it.
