Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Select allowing customer to pick only one a

Woocommerce Color or Image Variation Select plugin is allowing customer to pick only size for example and not have to pick a color. Anyone know how to change this so customer has to pick attribute from each category?

Also on just one of my products, when you click an attribute it changes the main product image to an image from another product. Any light on either of these issues would be great
