Woocommerce Confirmation Emails

    We have WooCommerce configured on our website chenburkett.com

    Over the last few days order confirmation emails are not being delivered to us or the client.

    We’ve tried installing wp-mail-smtp and other such plugins but keep getting an smtp connect error.

    How do we proceed?

  • This keeps happening to me too. I can’t tell whether the emails the customer is supposed to get, are going out, but I’m not getting “New Order” emails. I added another email address, and have received one I resent from the “Order Actions” dropdown menu on the sidebar of the “View order” page, but when the order is placed, I don’t get the email notification from WordPress/WooCommerce. When I do ‘resend’ the email from the above mentioned method, it’s sporadic whether it’s sent again from there. I’ve received “New order email notification manually sent.” notes from the ‘View Order’ “Order Notes” area, despite never getting the email(s).

    I am also trying to find a solution. Thanks.

    I suspect this may have something to do with WordPress. I’m not getting email notification here when there are replies… Anybody know how to escalate this?

    Same problem over here. No confirmation emails anymore. the last one was on 21th of april. The only thing that works is resending them manually from the dashboard I find out. But automatic confirmations don’t.

    Same problem here, using wordpress 3.0.4, has anyone found a solution for this?
