• Good day, some orders from our woocommerce account went through successfully but we did not receive any money to our account.

    I also noticed a banner that says “Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce has updated from 3.4.0 to 3.4.1. Please review and re-save your settings here.”

    Will the payments go through after I re-save my settings?

    Thanks for your message.

    Merchants are encouraged to re-save the plugin settings when that banner is seen, as new features and configurations are continuously being added to the plugin. Sometimes the new features will not take effect until the new settings have been reviewed and saved.

    The funds will be remitted in line with the settlement period outlined in your contract with Afterpay. If that is not the case, please submit a support request including a link to this post using the following web form: https://help.afterpay.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=193406
