WooCommerce Connection

    I’m trying to understand what this Plugin does.

    I am using it to connect to WooCommerce, and don’t understand what the “Send Email Notifications for these statuses” does.
    Do I need to choose “Processing” or “Completed” to trigger the connection that when an order status changes to this it adds them to the Campaign Monitor List that runs my Workflow?
