Woocommerce Conversion API Setup

    Hi everyone,

    I am trying to setup Woocommerce Conversion API for Facebook.

    Setting up the plugin on WordPress Website – OK

    Login with Facebook information to follow prompts – OK

    Facebook Business Admin + admin rights for linked Instagram account – OK

    Linking Business Account – OK

    Linking Facebook Page – OK

    Linking Instagram Account – FAILURE

    The issue occurs here:

    I have confirmed with Facebook representative, that I have the admin rights in question.

    Does anyone know ow to resolve this?

    Thank you for reaching out about this.

    Just to clarify, was the option “Instagram Shopping” left out unchecked, earlier in the same wizard’s steps, as showcased in the screenshot linked here?

    To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.
