    Hi,

I use the WooCommerce webshop on my site. How do I get its cookies displayed in the wizard and finally in my cookie document? I can’t find a way to select WooCommerce as a third party vendor.

    Thank you for your help!

    Best regards

    Hi @bj_bundy,

You can rerun the cookie scan, and cookiedatase.org sync. It should appear automatically.

I did this a couple of times already, but it doesn’t change.

Same with WhatsApp btw. It’s is also not showing also I ticked the box.

Here’s a link to my website, maybe that helps: https://www.berlinshake.com

    Thank you!

    Hi @bj_bundy,
Could you disable the other active Cookie Banner plugin? This might interfere with the Cookie Scan done by Complianz.

While on your website, please try going through the process of selecting a product and adding it to your shopping cart, opening the shopping cart, etc.
After this, retry the Cookie scan in the Complianz Wizard. It should now pick up the WooCommerce cookies.

For more information about the Cookie Scan results, please refer to our article: https://complianz.io/cookie-scan-results/.

    Hope this helps!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi Jarno

Unfortunately none of your tips helped.

WooCommerce Cookies are still not identified and Also WhatsApp does not appear in the Service List.

    Any idea?

    Best regards

    Hi @bj_bundy,

The only thing I can think off is that the cookie scan and sync with cookiedatabase.org are limited by either a security plugin or settings,

do you see any browser console errors when running a scan or sync?

You can check by right-mouse click – inspect – console, and run the sync or scan, and see if there are any errors,

    Let me know! regards Aert

    Hi @bj_bundy,

Have you tried Aert’s suggestion above? This should fix the issue of a certain service not appearing in the list.

I’m marking this as resolved for now, let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
