Woocommerce country/region dropdowns not working in checkout and user edit page

  • I have tried all the way mentioned by deactivating all the plugin except WooCommerce and also changed the theme to default one. Still the dropdown for country/region is not working on checkout, user edit page. I have cleared the cache, increased the memory and also tried on other browsers such as Opera, Chrome, Firefox as well as in incognito mode but the issue persists.
    My WooCommerce is of latest version.

    It seems like your issue is more likely related to WooCommerce core, not the Storefront theme. As this forum is specifically for the Storefront theme, I’d recommend you post your question in the WooCommerce support forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    However, I tried reproducing the issue on my testing site but couldn’t. Can you please check your browser console? Is there any JavaScript error? If you see any errors, please share them with us.

    Meanwhile, if you have SSH access, can you please try running these command, one by one:

    wp db optimize
    wp core verify-checksums
    wp plugin verify-checksums --all
    wp cache flush
