    Hi,

    How can I add a coupon for a specific product? Currently, I want to apply a 50% coupon to a particular product, but my order contains multiple other products. After completing my order, I noticed that the coupon was applied to all products, and the total was correct. This will become an issue when we refund a product without a coupon from this order.

    I understand you want to apply a 50% coupon to a specific product in an order.

    To do this, you need to follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Marketing > Coupons > Add Coupon.
    2. Fill in the Coupon code and Description fields.
    3. Under Discount type, select `Percentage discount.
    4. In the Coupon amount field, enter 50.
    5. Click on Usage Restriction tab.
    6. In the Products field, search for the specific product you want the coupon to apply.
    7. Click on Publish to save the coupon.

    Please note that this coupon will only apply to the specific product you selected under the Usage Restriction tab. If the coupon is still applying to all products, kindly ensure you’ve correctly set the usage restrictions.
