    Hi

    We are using a virtual coupon to apply a discount through our plugin. However, on the order page, the discount is distributed across all products. How can we solve this issue? For clarification, please check the attached screenshot. In this screenshot, we applied a 10% discount to the product “cap,” but the discount is distributed to non-discounted products as well. How can we solve this issue using code? We are awaiting your valuable response.

    From what I gather, you are reaching out on behalf of Acowebs (your www.ads-software.com profile linked here, for reference), and are inquiring about implementing functionality between WooCommerce and one of the plugins produced by Acowebs. Am I getting this?

    From your screenshot, it seems the coupon is working properly (it’s discounting €4.5 that’s 10% off of your €45 cap), but it rather seems like a display issue in your order edit page. However, that’s unusual. I just tried this and got the discount showing properly in the right item, not distributed, see for instance:

    So I’m curious about what can be happening on your site. You are creating the coupon with the default WooCommerce coupons, correct? Which payment gateway/plugin are you using? I’d like to learn more about your site to try to replicate this and figure out where is the difference coming from.

    It sounds like the chat was initiated via this screen. Correct? When a chat starts, a ticket number is always assigned internally. Could you please provide us with the site URL that was provided, while initiating the chat, so we can look further into this?
