    Hi,

We are using a virtual coupon to apply a discount, but the discount is distributed across the order page. In the attached image, we have only applied a 10% discount to the product cap, but on the order page, the discount value is distributed.

    Hello Sreejith Acowebs

Thank you for contacing Woo support.

Could you edit the coupon and share the screenshots of the page with me?
I want to review how the coupon is set up and what conditions are applied.

This will help me understand what is happening and how it deviates from the intended purpose.
Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi,

Actually, we are not using the default WooCommerce coupon; we are creating a virtual WooCommerce coupon with our dynamic pricing plugin. Therefore, we want to stop applying discounts to non-coupon products using code.

    Hello @sreejithacowebs,

As the coupons are being managed by a third-party plugin, please know that we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our?support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.

    Thanks
