WOOCOMMERCE COUPONS ARE NOT GETTING APPLIED ON CHECKOUT PAGE?

    On the cart page coupons are getting applied but on the checkout page nothing happens, it remains as it is (not even an error message).

    1st time when we try to apply the coupon nothing happens but the second time, it says the coupon is already applied and then the coupon gets applied.

    how come we can come over this issue?

    when I disable this plugin, it works.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Is this coupon created from woocommerce ?
    Can you check if you have chosen Let both coupons and discount rules run together from our settings.

    WooCommerce -> Woo Discount Rules -> Settings
    You can select from the three options available.

    Hey,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I don’t want coupen to get applied if discount is applied in the cart through discount rules plugin. After clicking on both coupon and discount rules run together it is giving both discounts.

    My only problem is when I applied coupon on Checkout page it is not showing that coupon applied or not. After clicking twice on Apply coupon it is showing Coupon already applied. I want it to show Coupon applied successfully message once we click on Apply coupon.

    If this feature both coupon and discount rules run together is on it is working fine but discount is getting applied twice. If it’s off then it is giving above problem.

    Please help me to fix this issue.

    Would it be possible to open a ticket providing a screenshot of the rule configuration and URL of the specific product page so that one of our support engineers will help you in resolving the issue.
