WooCommerce coupons doesn’t work

  • I found another issue with coupons in conjunction with this addon. It appears that a coupon created using the standard WooCommerce coupon generator (under Marketing … Coupons) cannot be redeemed when this plugin is active. I received the following error: Unfortunately, this coupon is not applicable to the selected products.

    thanks for reaching out.
    I just tested it with different coupons and it did work. Could you please review the coupon settings of the coupon you are trying to use? You probably added some restrictions that explain this error message.
