  • Hi @wgtjai,

I took a look at the screenshots that you provided, but unfortunately they will not open up for me.

Are you saying that if you go to WooCommerce > Orders in your dashboard there are multiple orders with the same order ID?

    Thanks

    Hey @wgtjai

Apologies, but it’s not entirely clear what your issue is. From your screenshots I can see that you have some orders with IDs 8513 and 8514, can you clarify what problem you’re seeing exactly?

    Hi @senff

IDs 8513 and 8514 already created in woo orders in pending status, but when I creating a new order id is creating the same 8513.

    Hi @wgtjai,

I understand that you have existing orders but when you create new orders with rozerpay plugins, the new orders get the same IDs as your existing orders.

    Is that correct?

To help you better, first of all, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.
