Woocommerce credit card popup suddenly appeared on my site

  • Hi,

    On my e-commerce website, after I click add to cart, suddenly a pop pup came up requesting a credit card detail. I did not install the popup, is this a credit card scam? Please help me.

    Whenever you put an item into the cart. The pop-up asking for the credit card will show up instead of Woocommerce check out page.

    That popup seems to be related to something called “gyuc” and a form from “forge”. Do those ring any bells?

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for the reply. No, I didn’t install anything related to that word. I update all the themes, plugins, and WordPress. Remove unwanted plugins and change the password. It seems like the popup is already removed. At least for now. Thanks again for your help.
