WooCommerce Cross Sell Images Not Showing

    Have SiteOrigin running the Vantage Theme with WooCommerce

    Site is https://snowblowerskids.com

    We have a cross-sell item that is befuddling us in that when you locate the item in the Shop, everything displays correctly.

    However, when it displays as a cross-sell item in the Cart, the image is “missing”.

    When you click on the missing image, the product page comes up with the image “missing” as well.

    Siteorigin states it’s not a theme issue. I suspect it could be an issue of WooCommerce wanting 600×600 and 300×300 thumbnails, but, those arn’t designated as thumbnail sizes. I could be wrong, however.

    We have regenerated thumbnails, doesn’t seem to change anything.

    After checking your website, I was able to replicate the issue.

    However, once I opened the cross-sell product in a new tab and noticed that it doesn’t have any product image set. That’s why it’s showing the default blank product. Here is the cross-sell product link: https://snowblowerskids.com/product/armorskids-spacers-fits-up-to-3-slot-spacing-set-of-4/

    To troubleshoot the issue, I recommend that you first add a product image to this product. Once you’ve done that, please clear your browser cache. After these steps, test it again to see if the problem persists.
