Woocommerce CSV format help for FTP

Complete first time user here so if this is the wrong forum I do greatly apologize. I am looking to import a large amount of products to my website and the vendor I use needs a sample CSV for use on the back end of the website so she can set up automatic hourly updates of all my products. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have looked for days and I cannot seem to locate one, or maybe I have and just don’t know what I’m looking at. Like I said I am completely green at doing this and need all the help I can get. Many thanks in advance!
