WooCommerce CSV Import Suite Display Issues

  • So I have been importing products with the WC CSV Import suite and I am getting a strange bug. I have imported 54 products, only 4 are in stock. CSV Headers that matter are:

    post_status: publish
    menu_order: 0
    post_date: (blank)
    post_parent: (blank)
    sku: Brux001 thru Brux054 all unique never doubling
    visibility: visiable (gives catalog and search criteria)
    stock_status: instock
    stock: 0 (for out of stock) 1-4 for the in stock items with their stock qty
    manage_stock: yes

    Prices, dimensions, and weights are good to go. Here is the issue… The products that are in stock are showing up on page 2 or 3. Page one is blank, page 2 has 2 times, page 3 has 3 times.

    Display out of stock items is UNCHECKED. Over all it seems like it should be a menu_order issue that doesn’t seem to be working. All if i change the display sorting drop down to anything other than default, all the products show up correctly on the first page

    Any help would be appreciated

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    yup, put a ticket in over there as well. just thought someone here might have a quick fix that they had from something previous

    Yep, we won’t be closing this, but it’s a bit more likely that the people who provide support for the product you purchased will be replying long before anyone who purchased the product themselves just happens to stumble across this thread. ??
