Woocommerce CSV Importer- Not working properly until manual update

Hello,
I am trying to import products in bulk usually csv importer.

Now the import is working just fine. But I am having a problem.

Here is one product imported with csv importer:

There are supposed to be compare,wishlist buttons near add to cart. But when I click on edit product and then without changing anything click at update. It works just fine and shows like this:

I guess it is something related to product pricing. I am using same price for regular price,sale price and price.

Can any one explain to me what is happening?
