    Hi there,

My standard currency of an order (and on invoice) is in Euro. These are automatically changed into Swiss Francs when booked from Switzerland, and price is adapted due to currency rate. But when I create an order/invoice myself directly in woocommerce, the prices are automatically shown in Swiss Francs when I add a product to the order/invoice. I can change the currency back to Euro, but the price stays in swiss francs. It literally only changed the “CHF” to “€”.

For example I add a product
    “Basic Package = 370 €”
When I add it, its shown
    “Basic Package = 403 CHF”

I change the currency to Euros and it then says
    “Basic Package = 403 € ”
So correct currency but wrong price…

My products are all in Euro, so I don’t understand why this is happening. How can I change this? I can’t send any Order/Invoices to my customers as the prices are wrong. Anyone can help me with this problem?
    Thx!!

    Hello @karenvanzetten,

By default, WooCommerce does not support multi-currencies. To use multi-currencies, a plugin must have been added to your site. If a plugin had been added, the please contact the corresponding plugin developer on this case.
