Does it log the custom fields and prices of Woocommerce products?
I am using the plugin and certain changes like Sale Price etc are not being logged.

Thank you for using our plugin @bling007

Yes, the plugin should keep a log of such changes. Refer to the list of activity logs event IDs for WooCommerce for a complete list of what changes the plugin can keep a log of.

So for example, if you change the price or the sale price of a product the plugin should report event ID 9016. If that is not the case, then there is something wrong. Please send us the system information file to [email protected] so we can start troubleshooting this issue.

I am using Admin Columns plugin and its capacity to “inline-edit” data right from the list view.
When I make changes to certain fields like SKU or Stock, the audit log correctly shows it.
However, it is not the case with custom fields at all.
Furthermore, Price changes did not work either. It only said I modified the post. So it means, it DOES know something is happening.

Ok, so you are using a third party plugin to apply the changes. That makes a big difference!

We will look into this. However, Admin Columns for WooCommerce is a premium only plugin. Can you please send us an email on [email protected] with a copy of the plugin so we can make some tests and better support the plugin?

looking forward to hearing from you.
