    Hi,

    The WooCommerce admin area is not appearing the way it should. I want to make some changes to the thank you page that appears after customers have checked out and paid. According to the WC documentation, I can do this in the ‘Advanced’ section of the settings for each product. However, the ‘Confirmation Page’ field as shown here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-custom-thank-you-pages/ doesn’t appear! The most recent version of WooCommerce is running on the website. See the link for a screenshot of the advanced section, where you can see how this feature is missing.

    I’ve sent the below message again to the support team. Appreciate your help as I’m really disappointed not a single reply to my last two tickets for weeks now.

    1) For this specific extension, Custom Thank You Page, I need to have a different thank you page for different products. However, the drop-down menu in the product section doesn’t show any option at all.

    2) I also had another extension, Zapier, and I want to use it for when a product is bought via WooCommerce to trigger Granting Offers in Kajabi. But I also can’t seem to figure out how to do so.

    3) I’d asked to refund the extension “WooCommerce” subscription because I couldn’t figure out how to use it.

    The sad thing is that this is the 3rd time I reach out to you and not a single reply to date since I bought the extensions. Not even when I asked for a refund. No one gets back to me and care about why I asked for the refund. I found that very weird from a global player like you.
