Woocommerce customer blocked, can’t whitelist

I had a message from a potential first-time customer saying that when he tried to make a payment in our Woocommerce paypal shop, he was blocked. The error message he was receiving was our custom Security by Cleantalk block message, inviting the customer to contact us to be unblocked.
I whitelisted his IP addresses, but he was still getting the error.
Finally I turned off Security Firewall and Web Application Firewall in the General Settings tab -> Firewall section and cleared the site cache, but he was still blocked from making a purchase by Paypal with my custom error, even when he tried a different browser.
I’ve now set up an account for him so he can try logging in and paying logged in, but I’m not sure what else to try, other than completely removing the Security by Cleantalk plugin. Can you help?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
