Woocommerce customer cant open the ticket.

    Hi,

    I’m running a shopping mall using Woocommerce, and a visitor is automatically granted Customer Role after signing in.

    However, Support ticket won’t open with this role. Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

    Hi:

    Please give your customer role the following WordPress capabilities:

    view_ticket
    create_ticket
    close_ticket
    reply_ticket
    attach_files

    That should resolve the issue.
