    I’m using latest woocommerce and wp but Not login woocommerce customer new order notification emails, admin order notifications logs fine, it worked with old woocommerce, can you check and apply fix, Thank you!

    I have informed our devs about this and we’ll get back to you as soon as we have more information.

    To confirm, are you using the latest WP Mail Logging version? Also, are you using any SMTP service (plugin, website host, or another service) that may be sending specific emails from their end and not your website?

    Do any other emails not get logged?

    Also, what website host are you using?

    I can confirm the plugin doesn’t logs all emails for me too. Order on-hold, Processing order, Shipped Order and emails from WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery (using the WordPress native wpmail) are not logged properly.

    My hosting is Cloudways, and I’m using the latest version of the plugins.

    Hi, I just had the problem on my site for a New Order email sent to a client. The client confirmed he received the email. The New Order email sent to the Shop Manager was logged, though.

    I am using WP Mail SMTP Lite. MailPoet is also installed but not configured to send any Woocommerce emails.

    Hi, I am seeing this issue too. I have just installed the plugin and some woocommerce emails are logged but some are not. I do not have a definitive list but I placed a new order for which I as admin received the new order email – but this was not logged. I am using WP Mail SMTP Lite with my IONOS smtp.

    All latest versions.
