WooCommerce Customer Payment Link not working

    We are having issues with the customer payment link.

    For some reason, it’s only working when you are a guest. If you have an account, the payment link is not working and you get:

    “This order cannot be paid. Please contact us if you need assistance.”

    Why is this happening?

    Hi there,

    Generally, that “This order cannot be paid. Please contact us if you need assistance.” text will be displayed when a logged-in user tries to open a payment link for an Order that is under a different user. For example, clicking a payment link for a different user while logged into the admin user on my site, I will see this:

    Can’t pay

    If a payment URL is visited in a browser where no user is logged into the site, then it should ask the user to enter their login credentials, and then take them to a payment page:

    Login to pay

    If you are testing customer payment links while signed into your admin account on the site, then please try opening up a fresh incognito/browser window to test the links.
