I was checking for spam users and the spam list that CleanTalk created containers many if not all of the customers with actual orders. They can’t be spam users. Many have multiple orders. How do you mark them as spam if they have been with us for many years and purchasing multiple times? Is this based just on the public, shared IP that can be used by others as well? Please explain!

    Hello, @eugm

The check results depend on the IP or email status of the user. If the IP or email of the user is in our blacklists the user will be showed as spammer.

You can always check any IP/email email status here:

Thank you for your reply, but I’m questioning the validity of this filter.
I have more than 3000 users, it found 133 spam users. When I started checking the list of found “spam” users, 10 out of 10 were valid customers. This seems very odd.

Could you create a ticket in our private ticket system:

And send us a few examples there (IP+email)? We will check the reasons.
