You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Do you see data in the Analytics section of the site?

Please go to WooCommerce > Customers and open up the browser’s developer’s console. You can typically do that with Shift + CTRL + J on Windows and Option + Command + J on a Mac.

See if there are any error messages here. If there are, please copy them and paste them into your reply.

There’s no error in the console.

Meanwhile I ran all the WP cron jobs manually, and, heureka!, the customers are listed. However, I was also testing with new customers after having run the cron jobs and those new ones don’t appear in the list. So, there must something wrong with the cron jobs. Can you please tell which job syncs the customers list, so I can check.

Hey @boesiger,

Good detective work! The customers and other analytics information are imported into dedicated tables in the database to speed everything up. These are handled by the “Action Scheduler” system. It can be triggered via WP Cron so if cron isn’t working then it would affect importing of this data.

If this was my site, I would try to find out what is keeping WP Cron from running as expected and go from there. Once it’s working reliably, that should take care of this.
