If I understand correctly, the monthly net sales
displayed on the WooCommerce Status widget, is not updating, is this correct?
If so, if you click on this, when redirected, does the Analytics → Revenue page show the correct data for the monthly net sales, or is this also not updating?
Sometimes, caching plugins can cause some data not to update. Please try purging your cache and see if this makes any difference.
Additionally, please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, click on Clear Analytics Cache
, and then check if the WooCommerce Status widget has updated the data.
On the other hand, if I misinterpret your concern in any way, please can you provide additional clarity, or perhaps screenshots of what you are seeing on your end so that we can better understand what you are experiencing.
