The WooCommerce sales report in the WordPress Dashboard always shows zero, even when there are sales.
    How can this be fixed?

  • Hey Cristina

    Thanks for reaching out!

If I understand correctly, the monthly net sales displayed on the WooCommerce Status widget, is not updating, is this correct?

If so, if you click on this, when redirected, does the Analytics → Revenue page show the correct data for the monthly net sales, or is this also not updating?

Sometimes, caching plugins can cause some data not to update. Please try purging your cache and see if this makes any difference.

Additionally, please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, click on Clear Analytics Cache, and then check if the WooCommerce Status widget has updated the data.

On the other hand, if I misinterpret your concern in any way, please can you provide additional clarity, or perhaps screenshots of what you are seeing on your end so that we can better understand what you are experiencing.

If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots.

    Cheers!

    Hi @beautyofcode

    Thank you for the suggestions.
I flushed the analytics cache, but the problem persists.

Analytics → Revenue shows the correct amounts.

I’ve tried looking to see if there is any setting on LiteSpeed Cache that might be giving problems, but I haven’t noticed anything.

I hope this information can help you.

    Best,
    Cristina

    Hey Cristina,

    Thanks for the update!

Do the other stats within the widget (i.e. out of stock, low stock, on-hold, awaiting processing) update correctly? Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?

Additionally, can you please share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
    • Console errors: Please share any errors you may identify when inspecting the console on the page experiencing the issue.

You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here.

    Cheers!

    Howdy Cristina,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.

    Cheers!
