    Hi Prisna Support Team,

    I have some questions:

    1. does Prisna automatically translate “WooCommerce” and all other plugins?

    2. Where are translated pages stored? Are they stored locally on our own server or on an external server?

    3. you mentioned on “www.ads-software.com” at the bottom of your page that we won’t have to pay “Google translate” since Prisna brings us its free translation widget. However, on the FAQ page of your site you say: ” Prisna Translate (gateway to Google Translate, although is free for customers). Google Translate (paid)”.

    4. finally, I noticed that the version number of your plugin shown on WP (1.4.9) does not match the one displayed on your website (1.16.1).

    This plugin and the plugin in our website are different plugins. This forum can only be used to subjects related to the free plugin listed here:

    1. It’s a front-end plugin, it’ll translate all the texts populated to the screen.
    2. They aren’t stored, translations happen on the fly.
    3. These are different plugins.
