Woocommerce December Orders Missing

After updating to WordPress 5.0.2, orders were not showing. Woocommerce update 3.5.3 helped but then all of my December orders are gone.
I’ve tried disabling plugins, enabling one by one again but to no effect. Even search filters don’t do the job.
Its the same issue as what Ralfnator posted here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-no-longer-shows-list-of-orders-after-upgrading-wordpress-to-5-0-2/page/2/
