Shouldn’t the ‘woocommerce-demo-store’ body class be removed when the store notice is dismissed?

I’ve had to move my fixed header down to accommodate the store notice. When the store notice is dismissed my fixed header remains slightly down from the top of the view port as a result of the ‘woocommerce-demo-store’ body class still being in place.

    Hello @salpetriere,

Can you post the link to your site, where this can be viewed?

I can’t unfortunately as the website is still in development.

I’m assuming the ‘woocommerce-demo-store’ body class and the ‘dismiss’ function on the store notice have been added by WooCommerce (and not my theme).

If this is correct, should the ‘woocommerce-demo-store’ body class be removed from the body tag when I hit ‘dismiss’ on the store notice bar?

Any response to my question above?

Hi @salpetriere. The location of the store notice is controlled by the theme. For example, in my Storefront theme, the store notice is at the bottom of the page. When I close the notice, display:none; is added to the element to remove it from the screen.

Hi @salpetriere. We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. I hope that you were able to get some support from your theme. If you still need help or have other questions, please start a new thread.
