Woocommerce deposit and pay later?

  • Hello, I have been asked to put up a christmas special bundle on a WP & WooCommerce website that I created and maintain.

    The owner would like to allow people to pay a small deposit and the balance at a later date before shipping. I am a bit stumped as to how to handle it.

    I have seen some commercial plugins that would do it but as this is just for a one off and him being a one man cottage industry I doubt that he could stretch to them so would appreciate any ideas of how to go about this please.
