• When using a coupon, the coupon amount comes off the deposit in the shopping cart page rather than off the full price of the product. How do we get the coupon to subtract from the full price rather than the deposit?
    For example:
    Product price: $5000
We want a fixed deposit of $1198.
But when a coupon is applied the coupon discount of $860 comes off the deposit rather than the full amount, and so they only end up paying a deposit of $338. We want the deposit to be $1198 and for the coupon to come off the $5000 full price.
Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi

Just wondering if you solved this as I’m having the same issue.

    Thanks in advance.

I think the problem is worse that this. The coupon is deducted from the deposit, but when you invoice them for the final payment, it ignores the fact they used a coupon and invoices them for the final amount + the coupon value.

    i.e.

    Price: £20
    Depost: £5
    Coupon: £1

So They end up paying £4 deposit and then the final invoice is calculated at £16 instead of £15.

    Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue here, has anyone found a solution yet?
